Tongan Week

Task description : iv learned lots of things about Tonga i learned about its history songs sports and different things that i didn't know and pacific people saying how they became bad at rugby or how you are bad at talking English something like that but they became successful one man said of your not going to be apart of my struggle your not going to be apart of my success 

Cross country

 On Friday the whole school did cross country we all had to run around this big field for some big kids and some of the senior ran around this big field  two times

this was super challenging i was jogging non stop just only three time i stop i was really tired my throat was completely dry i couldn't even breath that much until i finish i drank 2 whole  bottle of water that's how first e i was thank you for reading  and have a great day
